Guest Services can be found on the lower level across from SportChek.

Strollers, Walkers and Wheelchairs
Complimentary strollers, walkers and wheelchairs are available on a first come first served basis at Guest Services. Photo identification is required and customers are asked to sign a release form.
Oakville Place and Burlington Centre Gift Cards can now be used at both properties, even the ones you’ve already purchased.
Classic Gift Card
There’s something for everyone in an Oakville Place gift card. Perfect for any occasion, this little card is loaded with lots of potential. Corporate Gifting

Check your balance
For card balance, please call the Balance Inquiry Line at 1-800-755-8608 or www.getmybalance.com
Maintenance Fees
Starting on the first day, of the sixteenth month after the card activation date, a non-refundable $2.50 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted each month from the card balance. A 3-month extension can be requested before these fees are charged, by contacting EML directly. A toll free number can be found on the back of the card. If you receive this extension, these fees cannot be charged for an additional 3 months.
Electric Charging Stations
Charge your vehicle while you shop. We have four charging stations for your convenience in our underground parking garage located near the SportChek entrance.
How to Use:
All users are required to have a ChargePoint Card. All cards are complimentary and can be obtained by visiting www.chargepoint.com. If you do not have a card, contact ChargePoint’s Customer Care at 1-888-758-4389.

Guest Services works in partnership with Security to provide first aid. AED is available in Centre Court.
Lost and Found
Lost and found items are logged by date at Guest Services.
Taxi Service
Guest Services will be happy to call a taxi on your behalf.
Access to Security
Visit the Guest Services desk if you need to speak to Security.
Transit Information
Whether you need access to an Oakville Transit Bus schedule or need assistance with Wheeltrans or Care-A-Van, we are happy to assist.
Lost Children / Customers
Guest Services works in partnership with Security to assist in re-uniting lost children and lost memory impaired customers with their loved ones.

Guest Services provides a list of jobs that are available throughout the Centre.
Promotions and Events
Guest Services is happy to provide information regarding Oakville Place’s events and promotions.
Family Services
- The family washroom is located on the upper level in the Food Hall.
- Bicycle racks are located at the upper level entrance and on either side of the lower south entrance.
- Preferred parking for expectant mothers and parents with little ones.
